AT&T eats into my day, again (pt 2)

As I write this, my wife is on the phone with a goon from AT&T, trying to correct a number of overcharges on our phones. We were on hold for about an hour, waiting to complain. All the while, my blood is boiling. I should get a physician to check my vitals when I open a phone bill like this, so that we can sue for the physiological trauma that I suffer when I get a $180.00 bill when I expect a $79 one. So, the purpose of this entry is to dissuade anyone from activating an account with a company that is very likely to :
1) overcharge you, even when you've called and thought that you had resolved a billing issue;
2) send your phone to the wrong name, but the correct address;
3) charge you on the same bill for the same phone number;
4) forget to honor the promotional discounts on your next and subsequent bills;
and
the list is likely to go on and on...

So, if you don't care to deal with any of the above, then do not -- I repeat, DO NOT use AT&T wireless services for your cellular needs!
